Q) What is the standard warranty period?
A) 1 Year from invoice date unless otherwise stated.
Q) I bought a product, but I don't want it anymore. Can I return it?
A) Yes, unless the product has a disclaimer stating otherwise. You can return any product within 7 days of purchase, but you will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee. We will not consider returns after 7 days from invoice date.
Q) I purchased a product, but I needed something else. Can I return it & swap it over?
A) Yes, unless the product has a disclaimer stating otherwise. You will need to advise us within 7 days of purchase & you may be charged a 20% re-stocking fee on the returned product. Call & speak to a sales representative to discuss your options.
Q) I have a faulty product, what should I do?
A) Complete the Return Authorisation form located at the bottom the page. An RMA number will be issued if your request is approved.

A) Return Merchandise Authorisation
Q) What happens if I return a product without an RMA Number.
A) It is extremely important to obtain an RMA number prior to sending anything to our warehouse. All deliveries to the Dueltek warehouse require an authorised receipt number. Without it, the delivery will be rejected & returned to the sender, or in some cases disposed of.
Q) How does your Returns systems work.
A) All products are sold with a limited manufacturers warranty. If during this warranty period the product fails to perform as it should, you may return it (with prior approval from us) for repair. In the event we cannot repair the product, a replacement or refund will be offered.
Q) Who pays for the returns?
A) Our RMA warranty policy is 'Return to Base', which means the product is returned to Dueltek at the buyers expense. Dueltek will arrange for the repair/replacement & return of the item to the original delivery address at no extra cost. The buyer will incur all expenses if the product is out of warranty.
Q) Do you do advanced replacements for faulty products?
A) Only in the event a product is found to be D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival) & another unit is available. Call and speak to one of our sales representatives about your options.
